Die Kraal Butchery has the entire range of beef products/cuts available, fresh or in various stages of maturation, with fat or fat-free, in various thicknesses as well as marinated in a number of different sauces. Rump, Sirloin, T-bone and Fillet are all available fresh, matured for 10 days or marinated. Ask our staff for whole, uncut portions or sliced to your preferred thickness. We can also supply you with a whole beef carcass, half, forequarter or hindquarter.
